Another Harlan Coben thriller is coming to Netflix.

The streamer has given a series order to “I Will Find You,” the first U.S. scripted series under Coben’s creative partnership with Netflix. The eight-episode limited series will be adapted from the author’s 2023 novel by showrunner Robert Hull (“God Friended Me,” “Quantum Leap,” “Alcatraz”).

“I Will Find You” follows an innocent father serving a life sentence for the murder of his own son. When he receives evidence that his son my still be alive, he is determined to break out of prison to discover the truth.

Coben will executive produce “I Will Find You” via his Final Twist Productions banner, alongside showrunner Hull, Bryan Wynbrandt (“Quantum Leap”), Steven Lilien (“Quantum Leap”) and John Weber. Coben and Hull serve as co-creators of the series adaptation.

“I Will Find You” is the latest series from Coben under his Netflix deal. His 2014 thriller “Missing You” is getting the series treatment on Jan. 1, 2025, while other titles “Caught” and “Run Away” are in the works. Coben’s other successful series for the streamer include “Fool Me Once,” “Stay Close,” “The Stranger,” “The Innocent,” “Gone for Good,” “Hold Tight” and “The Woods.” He is also currently writing a thriller novel with Reese Witherspoon, due October 2025.

“Harlan’s gripping stories are beloved around the world and have consistently captivated fans with their trademark twists and turns, dramatic cliffhangers and compelling mysteries,” said Peter Friedlander, Netflix’s vice president of scripted series in the U.S. and Canada. “There is no one like Harlan, and his first U.S. scripted series with Netflix will be no exception. We know he and Robby will deliver the same thrilling experience that audiences have come to expect and which sets it apart as a must-watch event.”

Hull added, “I’ve been a fan of Harlan’s novels for as long as I can remember and the chance to bring this story to life with him, Jinny, Peter and the incredible team at Netflix has been a dream come true.”

Hull was most recently the executive producer and co-showrunner of the CBS dramedy “God Friended Me.” His additional credits include Fox’s “Gotham,” ABC’s “Once Upon a Time” and the CW’s “Gossip Girl” and “Veronica Mars.” He has several projects in development with long-time collaborators Wynbrandt and Lilien.

Hull is represented by CAA and David Ryan of Felker Toczek Suddleson Abramson McGinnis Ryan LLP. Wynbrandt and Lilien are repped by CAA and attorney Todd Rubenstein.
