Panelists Hidetaka Hirota (Univ. of California, Berkeley), Ana Raquel Minian Andjel (Stanford Univ.), and Yael Schacher (Refugees International), with moderator James Grossman (American Historical Association), discussed the history of policies related to immigration and deportation throughout US history.
