A Brewster man was arrested for raping a 15-year-old girl at a marina in Croton-on-Hudson in November.
Croton-on-Hudson Police Detective Sgt. John Smith said Azgan Mataj, 18, of Brewster was arrested Monday, Jan. 13, after an investigation identified him as the suspect of a sexual assault against a 15-year-old girl at Half Moon Bay Marina in November.
Mataj was charged with third-degree rape. He was arraigned in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Justice Court and released on $7,500 cash bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 22.
