The Canyon Club, an upcoming luxury residential resort community, will be established on a 60-acre waterfront space in the heart of Texas Hill Country on Lake Travis. The community will feature 25 residences, a mix of traditional and 3D-printed premium vacation properties. The architecture of these properties is designed to harmonize with the native landscape of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country.

The Canyon Club aims to provide an experience with thoughtfully designed amenities, personalized services, and curated wellness. Residents will have access to dining and wine experiences that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. The resort will offer lakefront access, year-round programming, concierge services, and design elements tailored to multi-generational living.

Amenities at The Canyon Club include a state-of-the-art clubhouse, resort-style pool, luxury spa with an adults-only pool, upscale fitness center, chef experiences, Texas-style event barn, boat dock, private beach, playground, natural amphitheater, and courts for pickleball, tennis, and basketball. The resort’s amenities cater to a wide range of preferences, offering residents private spaces, central areas, and amenities. Construction of the resort amenities is set to begin in Fall 2025.

The community will offer a mix of 5 and 6-bedroom luxury homes starting at $2.6M, and 4-bedroom 3D-printed homes by ICON, starting in the low $400k’s per share of fractional ownership. ICON, a leader in construction technology, will debut a collection of five, 3D-printed homes at The Canyon Club. These 3,400 sq. ft. properties are designed to be high-performance, energy-efficient, and sustainably built. They will offer a unique investment opportunity for fractional ownership, which includes 1/8 of the property, six weeks of annual usage, year-round membership benefits, and the potential to trade weeks or generate income through a Vacation Rental Program in partnership with Inspirato, Book-Above, and ThirdHome.
