The award-winning Beaches Resorts has announced a $150 million expansion by introducing Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort. Now accepting reservations, the new village offers 101 multi-bedroom suites and increases the resort’s capacity to 858 accommodations.

Beaches Resorts has unveiled the details of its latest development, the Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort. This new expansion, estimated at $150 million, will enhance the resort’s overall capacity with 101 multi-bedroom suites, including two, three, and four-bedroom luxury accommodations. The new village will amplify the resort’s key count to 858, marking the sixth expansion to the Beaches Turks and Caicos property.

The Treasure Beach Village is situated alongside a half-mile stretch of Grace Bay’s pristine waters. The village’s design incorporates breathtaking ocean views and coastal elegance for a unique ambiance. The aesthetic is enriched with aspects of nature, such as intricately carved sea gardens on the lobby ceiling and a local artisan installation made entirely of conch. Guests can expect rooms adorned with seashell and bird motifs that evoke a sense of tranquility and escape.

The village’s main pool is designed with an infinity-edge oasis that offers uninterrupted views of the peaceful beach. The pool has a natural gradient, mimicking the beach, and comes complete with a footbridge for easy access. The pool also features three slides and a splash pad for toddlers, coves for relaxation, a swim-up bar, and in-pool bar seating.

Treasure Beach Village has been designed to accommodate families and large groups, providing various categories of suites and villas. The standout Treasure Beach Chairman’s Penthouse Suite spans two floors and offers more than 2,800 square feet of interior living space. In addition, the Treasure Beach CrystalSky Reserve Villas are beachfront accommodations with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests, and have private pools and rooftop decks for sunbathing.

The village will also introduce seven new food and beverage concepts, including Butch’s Island Chophouse and the BRÜ coffee bar, which transforms into a cocktail bar in the evenings. The village’s dining options include a vibrant Pinta Food Hall, global cuisines, and a 32-seat Starfish Cinema offering popcorn and refreshments for entertainment.

Beaches Turks and Caicos is known for its 45,000 square-foot Pirates Island Waterpark and other amenities. With the addition of Treasure Beach Village, the resort now has 30 specialty dining options and 16 pools. All guests can access unlimited land and water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, basketball, and PADI-certified scuba diving. The resort also offers a complimentary Kids Camp program for infants through age 17, run by child-care experts.
