Meghan Trainor recently shared her decision to undergo a cosmetic procedure she has been considering for years. On the November 20 episode of her podcast Workin’ on Upgrades, the singer announced, “I’m getting a boob job,” while chatting with her brother Ryan Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara. Meghan explained that the decision stems from changes in her body after breastfeeding her sons, Riley, 3, and Barry, 1.

Trainor shared, “Because my mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty and then full of milk and now they’re empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small. I’ve lost some weight and I have sags on, just like saggy sacks as boobs.” She mentioned that her weight loss has further contributed to the changes in her breasts, making the procedure something to look forward to.

Meghan Trainor revealed that her decision is partly influenced by her stage wardrobe. She said, “What’s really difficult is trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up. I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit.” She explained how these bras can be uncomfortable, adding, “They squeeze my sides.” 

Trainor has been vocal about wanting this change for years. She said, “I have wanted this my whole life. So I’m going to have boobies that don’t look at the floor and it’s going to be huge.” Her plan involves a breast lift and possibly small implants. She emphasized that the decision is about boosting her confidence.

This isn’t the first time the Trainor siblings have discussed cosmetic procedures on the podcast. Last summer, Ryan Trainor revealed that Meghan encouraged him to try Botox for the first time.
