Under the agreement, Capstone Stay, LLC will open five new stayAPT Suites hotels, expanding stayAPT Suites’ presence in key Midwest markets: Rossford, OH; Evansville, IN; Gardner, KS; Wentzville, MO; and Liberty, MO. The initial development efforts will focus on the first two locations in Rossford, OH, and Evansville, IN, setting the stage for future expansion.

stayAPT Suites continues to grow rapidly, with 40 hotels expected to open by April 2025. The brand boasts a strong development pipeline, further solidifying its position as a leader in the apartment-style hotel category.

Each stayAPT Suites guest room is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a full-size kitchen with full-size appliances, a dedicated living room with a sleeper sofa, and a separate bedroom. The spacious kitchen is highlighted by a large center island with seating, adding to the functionality and residential feel of the suite. Modern amenities, such as an app and digital key, ensure a seamless, contactless check-in experience.

The stayAPT Suites’ enclosed outdoor courtyard provides a secure, open-air space for guests to relax and unwind.
